Compare your plant performance to recognised benchmarked standards
Would you like to know how your plant performs against others: this process is called Benchmarking. We have statistical valid data obtained from plants across Europe.
If either of these values are low the please get in touch for a helpful conversation and build your experience.
- Each biogas plant produces a specific biogas volume from a unit volume of heated digester. This can be easily calculated as the volume of biogas produced in one day divided by the volume of heated tank. This value has an average of 1.25 m3 biogas per m3 digester volume per day and can be beyond 2.0 or less that 0.6. Our experience has shown all plants can operate at over 1.25 with some help or here for contact).
- Another Benchmarked value is for the conversion of volatile solids to methane generally an average value of 0.44 m3 methane per kg VS is normal but can be as high as 0.6 m3 methane per kg volatile solids. Click here for helpful tips or here for contact.

Analytics is well-equipped to address the challenges of optimizing biogas and waste treatment plants, often at little cost. Our extensive experience of over 30 years of problem solving in this field has gained structured experience based on years of research.
We have collaborated as independent consultants to contribute to the development of newly designed plants and advanced processing facilities. We pay close attention to the fermentation biochemistry and the microbial community. We can serve as a bridge between the industry and the research community, with a primary focus on optimizing performance. |
